What we do
Creative Minds offers free, six-month programmes across West Kent designed to boost mental health and wellbeing through creativity.
Open to all adults (18+), no experience needed, just curiosity and a willingness to explore.
Led by professional artists in welcoming community spaces, our sessions support mindfulness, confidence, and connection.
New programmes launching regularly and to date have including acting, watercolour, cooking, forest projects – there is something for everyone.
