Involve Kent work with Engaging Kent (Healthwatch) to collect feedback from those who have accessed mental health services. This feedback is collated and used to build a picture about the local services, which is made into a report and shared with key stakeholders including KMPT.

Feedback can be positive or negative and can fall into one of three categories:

- a concern about a service

- a compliment about a service

- some feedback about a service

Feedback remains anonymous unless you wish to be referred to advocacy/receive a response from the organisation in question.

Involve Kent offer support for service users to share their voice via an online survey, as well as through their groups and activities. We can also refer to advocacy if you wish to make a formal complaint or receive additional support.

If you would be interested in providing feedback, please contact us and someone will be in touch to help support you to do this.

Please be aware that this process is to collect feedback to build a picture of services, and is not a complaints procedure.
