What we do
These fun, supportive and relaxed classes are suited to all. Classes include seated and standing options, suit beginners, those who are inactive due to mobility or low fitness levels, and wheelchair users too.
Sessions have helped participants with physical and mental health and the confidence to participate in physical activity.
