What we do
Swim For Health is a swimming session for those with low fitness levels, long-term health conditions or disabilities, or those looking to improve their water confidence.
Ideal for those who would like advice from a referral-qualified helper. Participants may self-refer.

When: Thursdays (term-time only) at 8:00pm
