What we do
Confidance community classes are for learning disabled and neurodivergent people aged 18+, where we embrace all bodies and all creative offers.
The sessions provide a space for personal, physical and creative growth. The classes are joyful and welcoming, fostering individual creativity and collective connection.
This class is designed for learning disabled and/or neurodivergent adults who are interesting in learning dance. No prior experience is necessary.
When: Thursdays 10am – 12pm (an hours dance class with a soft arrival and ending)
Where: Block 67, The Glassworks, Folkestone, CT20 1JG
Price
£10 per session (can be discussed if finances are a barrier)
