Family Support at your GP

We offer 1 to 1 support at GP surgeries across Kent. Our Children’s Health and Wellbeing Navigators can support families who are facing challenges such as those with children who are exploring a diagnosis of Autism, ADHD, or any other neurodevelopmental condition.

Support We Offer

  • Family support direct from GP practices where a child or young person has a long-term health condition
  • Groups for young people aged 11 – 18 with social communication issues, with or without a diagnosis to meet others and build confidence
  • Sessions for young people aged 16 – 19 to share their mental health journeys, make new friends and be supported to achieve their goals
  • Support for 16+ who have a caring role

“I cannot even put into words what it meant knowing that [the Children’s Navigators] were there to listen when I felt so completely isolated and felt like there was no one who cared. They offered support in the form of listening and kind words with no judgement, which is something that mattered the most when I felt my lowest.”
