What we do
Our new Active Communities programme is here to support your wellbeing – physically, mentally and socially. Whether you’re just getting started, returning after time away, or managing a health condition, there’s something here for you.
Running weekdays during term time, the programme offers a wide variety of sessions – from energising dance and calming yoga to inclusive walking sports and more. Each activity is designed to help you move in a way that feels right for you.
We know that not everyone can get to a leisure centre – so we’re bringing activities closer to home. Sessions take place in a range of welcoming local venues, including village halls, community hubs and other accessible spaces. This outreach approach helps us reach those in more rural or isolated areas, making it easier for everyone to get involved.
You also have the opportunity to connect with our Referrals Specialists, who can guide you through personalised options to support your wellbeing.
