What we do
Cogs clubs may be able to help people experiencing problems with their memory. The club is aimed to encourage members to participate in purposeful activities in order to develop and maintain an active mind. The clubs are modelled on Cognitive Stimulation Therapy. Sessions every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at Dairy Court. Monday and Wednesday 9.45am-2.45pm. Friday 10am-3pm. £24 per session.
