What we do
DEMENTIA FRIENDLY MUSIC MOVEMENT
The session is held every 4th Monday of the month from 2.30-3.30pm @ Spadework- Teston Road, Offham, West Malling, ME19 5NA.
Music Movement session is an exciting, relaxed, movement class, in a safe, social and welcoming environment.
•£3 per participant carers free
•Time: 2.30pm- 3.30pm
The session is an opportunity for people living with Dementia, memory loss, Parkinson’s or other neurological conditions, and their carers to do something fun together.
Music Movement aims to give people a sense of community, lots of laughs and friendship.
