If you live in North & West Kent and are struggling with energy costs or need energy advice, we can help you. Our experienced and specially-trained advisers can provide free, tailored energy consultations either over the phone or via email. This one-to-one support can include:

● Clarifying complicated or confusing energy bills and helping with meter reading.
● Exploring your eligibility for any energy grants or useful services.
● Discussing your options with energy debts
● Advising on energy efficiency improvements and grants that can help cover the costs.
We can also provide a free Carbon Monoxide detector if you do not have one, alongside an advice session about how to protect yourself from Carbon Monoxide leaks.
