What we do
The Church of the Good Shepherd operates a weekly food bank, offering support to local families and individuals who cannot afford the essentials of life.
Parcels are collected (or if necessary, delivered) each Monday morning.
We work with referral agencies to identify those in need. However, emergency parcels can be arranged, as we know life doesn’t always stick to a schedule!

If you would like to donate to the food bank, the church building is open during the day, and non-perishable items may now be left in collection bins in the church porch.
You can also donate via other local churches:
Borough Green Baptist Church, St Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, St George’s Wrotham, St Peter’s Ightham and St Mary’s Platt
Non-perishable food items continue to be most welcome in supporting local struggling families during these difficult times.
