What we do

If you are aged 16–25 and from a diverse community or are an unaccompanied asylum seeker, Fort4youthFoundation is here for you.

We understand that moving through new places, cultures, and experiences can sometimes feel overwhelming especially if you have faced trauma, loss, or major changes in your life.

With us, you’ll find a safe and welcoming space where you can talk about what’s on your mind, build coping skills, and connect with others who understand. You can choose one-to-one support, join peer groups, or take part in creative activities that help boost your confidence and wellbeing.

You don’t have to go through challenges alone. Fort4Youth Foundation walks beside you, helping you heal, grow stronger, and build a brighter future.

How to get help

Our Step-by-Step Path to Support and Empowerment

Here’s how Fort-4-Youth Foundation walks alongside you at every step, providing support, guidance, and a path to well-being.

1. Contact Us

Our hotline and online chat make it easy for youth and families to connect with us. We also offer initial consultations at community centers and schools, providing comfortable and accessible ways to reach out.

2. Assessment and Service Matching

We conduct a caring and culturally sensitive intake assessment to understand each person’s mental health needs. Based on this, we develop a personalised plan and match them with services that best fit their unique journey.

3. Support and Follow-Up

Our support doesn’t stop after the first visit. We follow up regularly to adjust plans as needed, ensuring ongoing care and improvement.
