Moving Well



What we do

Moving Well sessions are for people (especially older people) who would like to loosen up and have a laugh with others. Sessions start with exploring basic movement skills, learning how to move well, and then finding creative ways of bringing personal experience to life. As a company of older women, we understand about the physical stresses and strains of everyday life and we love working with people of all ages, shapes, sizes and bodies.
