What we do
This group explores music in all its forms, including live performances from professional artists, sessions with ellenor’s Music Therapist, or sharing your own favourite songs and their meanings with others.
Music is a powerful tool which allows people to “come alive”, supporting emotional, spiritual and social wellbeing.
These sessions run every Wednesday from 11.00am to 12 noon.
