What we do
We host our weekly Seniors lunches and provide opportunities for our members to socially interact at free events.
The feedback from all participants has been extremely positive with all members stating that they have benefitted both physically and emotionally from attendance.
Our Seniors Group meets every Wednesday from 1.30pm – 4.30pm at Gravesend Adult Education Centre, Darnley Road, Gravesend DA11 0RX
