What we do
This project is specifically designed to support individuals with learning disabilities.
The project delivers personalised programs and one-to-one support to empower clients to make their own choices, develop their independence, and reduce isolation by accessing vital opportunities for social interaction and developing positive relationship skills.
This program is funded by 3D Care and is exclusively for our clients to attend with a minimum support of 5 hours per week.
Tuesdays at Hythe Youth Centre, Cinque Ports Avenue, Hythe, Kent, CT21 6HS.
