Anticipatory Grief

Anticipatory grief refers to feelings of grief and sadness while a person is still alive, often when you’re looking after someone with a terminal illness or life-limiting condition. It is normal to experience these feelings, however they can sometimes be difficult to manage and can affect your daily life. The workshop is a good introduction to anticipatory grief and how to support yourself and others experiencing it.
