If you’re aged 16 to 24 and look after or care for a family member or friend due to a long-term physical or mental health condition, disability, or addiction who could not manage without your support, then this service is for you.

This is a dedicated service for carers aged 16 to 24, providing access to information, advice and guidance, 1 to 1 support, as well as support groups and social activities to meet other young carers, and much more.
