If you are aged 16 to 24 and look after or care for a family member or friend with a long-term physical or mental health condition, disability, or addiction, who could not manage without your help, then this service is for you.
1 to 1 Support
We take the time to listen to you and what you need to help you to live well alongside caring for your family member or friend.
Support Groups
We run support groups, activities and social outings so you can meet other young carers in a relaxed and supportive setting.
Access to Information, Advice and Guidance
We support you to access information, advice and guidance from other services and organisations.
Locations we cover
This service is available for young carers living in Maidstone, Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge and Malling and Sevenoaks.
