- Groups for young people aged 11 – 18 with social communication issues, with or without a diagnosis to meet others and build confidence
- Sessions for young people aged 16 – 19 to share their mental health journeys, make new friends and be supported to achieve their goals
- Support for 16+ who have a caring role
“I cannot even put into words what it meant knowing that [the Children’s Navigators] were there to listen when I felt so completely isolated and felt like there was no one who cared. They offered support in the form of listening and kind words with no judgement, which is something that mattered the most when I felt my lowest.”
