Children’s Navigation Service Team Manager

Join a well-established, progressive charity, providing innovative and unique services for children and families across Kent. Particularly those with long term health conditions including mental health and neurodiversity.

This is a key management role supporting the Head of Children’s Services in the growth and development of Involve Children’s Services. Line managing the Children’s Navigation Service team. children’s safeguarding responsibilities.

Responsible as Children’s Safeguarding Officer for the organisation with a proactive approach to providing support to the Deputy and Designated Safeguarding Lead. Developing positive relationships with key stakeholders and a variety of children and young people’s services across Kent including GP Primary Care Networks and integrated neighbourhood teams. You will be committed to an integrated and personalised care approach.

Ensuring Involve’s Children’s services continue to work alongside current systems to provide highly regarded, seamless support which adds both financial and client value, reduces unnecessary duplication and builds relationships between agencies.

You will be excited to seek opportunities for change and to maximise the best outcomes for children and their families and manage data to produce reports at a strategic level that will guide developments.

This role includes providing regulated activity with adults/children and employment is therefore subject to relevant checks with Disclosure and Barring service.
