Partnerships Coordinator – Full Time (37.5 hours)

Involve Kent are proud to work in partnership with many charities and voluntary organisations.

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Partnerships Coordinator to support our wide network of community partners in delivering services for adults, children and young people across Kent and beyond.

In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating and supporting our network of subcontracted partners, ensuring their work meets high-quality standards, contractual requirements and agreed targets.

We are seeking a driven multitasker who is confident in building and nurturing strong relationships particularly with organisations in the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector. Ideal for someone with a genuine passion for supporting the voluntary sector, this role offers the chance to work with a diverse range of stakeholders and make a real difference in local communities.

The workload will be varied – including visiting partner activities, monitoring performance and outcomes and managing key administrative tasks.

Please note: You must be able to drive, have access to a vehicle, and be prepared to work across Kent and surrounding areas.
