Involve is commissioned by both NHS Kent and Medway and Kent County Council to provide services to Kent and Medway residence. We are a regulated charity, all of the services we offer to clients are free or subsidised.
Involve is data compliant and undertakes the NHS Digital Compliance Toolkit annually. We have a robust and transparent safeguarding and child protection policy and practice in place.
Whether you’d like to make a self-referral or a referral on behalf of someone else, our process is simple. Either fill out our short Referral Form, or give us a call on our main number.

We support older people who need help to live well by offering information and advice, access to social activities, and support with living safely and independently.
We support people in a caring role to live the life they wish to lead by providing Statutory Carer’s Assessment on behalf of KCC, linking to local organisation, support to take a break, and peer support groups, training and more.
We offer 1-to-1 support at GP surgeries and through referrals from social services. Social prescribing helps those who are feeling isolated, or need support to access housing, benefits, management of health conditions and further support in the community.
In partnership with local charities and voluntary organisations, we help connect people over 55 (or under with complex health), access social groups and activities in North and West Kent.
Run by our amazing volunteers, our community transport service is for people living in Maidstone or Malling who are unable to drive or use public transport due to age or disability.
Moving Forwards supports Care Leavers aged 18 to 25 or Looked After Children aged 16 – 18 with 1 to 1 support, access to medical and wellbeing services, and help with building a future and transition to independence.
This service is for 16 to 24 year olds who look after or care for a family member or friend. We offer 1 to 1 support, support groups and help to access information, advice and guidance.
Personalised, 1 to 1 support at GP surgeries across Kent. Our friendly navigators help support children and young people with a long term health condition, neurodevelopment, sensory disabilities or mental health issues.
Connect! is a KCC short breaks service for neurodivergent children and young people aged 9-18 living in Kent, offering a wide range of fun and inclusive activities.
An NHS pilot to improve the wellbeing of children and young people who are, or suspected to be neurodiverse. Improving the wellbeing of children and young people registered on the Dynamic Support Database to reduce risk of admission to and/or support discharge from Tier 4 provisions.
KCC’s Designated Keywork Scheme provision providing practical and emotional support to the families/carers of children identified from the Dynamic Support Database.
