What we do
For anyone who would prefer to access support online, we are facilitating wellbeing groups via Zoom.
These will be led by our Wellbeing Coaches and will provide a safe space for you to meet other people, share your experiences and get tailored advice and support about how to look after your mental health.
We will also talk you through baby massage techniques that you can use at home. Baby massage can bring many benefits including improved sleep and improved digestion; it can also help you feel more connected to your baby.
Online every Thursday from 8th January to the 26th March at 9:30am to 10:30am.
