What we do

We are Mid-Kent Mind and we are passionate about supporting people with mental health issues. We believe in recognising people as unique individuals and not as a diagnosis or a label. We aim to equip people with the tools they need to work towards positive wellbeing. At Mid-Kent Mind, we offer a variety of various activities as part of the Live Well Kent contract which enable people to get proactive and partake in activities in a welcoming and friendly environment.
