What we do

Crossroads Care Kent support Carers and the people they care for. We help Carers to make a life of their own outside caring by providing quality care services offering peace of mind while they enjoy some time to themselves. If you are providing care or support to a family member or friend because they are ill, elderly, frail or have a physical or learning disability, we can help. Our aim is to keep loved ones and the caring unit together. Our services support Carers of all age groups, disabilities and health conditions who live across Kent. Services include regular short breaks; enabling carers to attend their own health appointments; an end of life palliative support service; a crisis service; COGS group support for those with a mild to moderate dementia; volunteer service, recruiting a team of volunteer befrienders and project volunteers and a thriving young carers group. The Charity has a team of paid Carer Support Workers to undertake this work.
