What we do
To tackle the stigma of talking about mental health through weekly football sessions. Head In The Game is a community based mental health & wellbeing charity aimed at bringing people together to talk by attending weekly football sessions. The sessions are free and run at various venues across the UK. Each session consists of two football drills, a short sided match and a talking therapy session. We run weekly drop in sessions alongside our 6 and 12 week programmes.
