What we do
The Kent & Medway Recovery & Wellbeing College (RC) provides health & wellbeing related educational courses, for Kent or Medway residents over 18yrs of age. All courses are provided free of charge and are accessible via self-enrolment – Please see webpage for online enrolment link. All courses are provided in welcoming, supportive, accessible and safe community learning spaces, as well as via ZOOM Virtual meeting spaces.
Through shared learning and education, people can make sense of their experiences and enhance self-care knowledge and skills – for themselves and others. We believe that by recognising resourcefulness, talents and skills, people become experts in their own health and wellbeing, make better informed choices and achieve what they want in life.
