What we do

At Tonbridge Baptist Church run a number of activities through the week for older people. On a Tuesdays we have our much loved Lunch Club with a table quiz and occasional entertainment. About once a term we run a coach trip to a local attraction. On Wednesdays and Thursdays our Day Centre provides a friendly environment for older people with low to medium needs. We run various activities throughout the day and a two course home cooked meal. Some services are provided by health professionals. On Thursday morning, Great Strides, a falls prevention exercise takes place at TBC.
