Our Actively Involved service is for anyone aged 55 and over, or living with a complex health condition.
We will connect you to groups and activities that interest you in your local community, helping you to expand your social network and improve your wellbeing.
Locations we cover
We provide provide support to over 55’s in the following locations; Maidstone, Tonbridge & Malling, Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, Dartford, Gravesham and Swanley. If you’re unsure whether we can provide support to you, please get in touch.
